Welcome to PULSE. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use PULSE.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use PULSE. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others.

3. Your content

• You retain ownership of the pulses, photos, videos, captions and comments you create.
• You grant PULSE a limited license to host, display and distribute your content within the app so the service can function.
• You are solely responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PULSE to:

• Post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, or that infringes others' rights.
• Share another person's content or private information without permission.
• Spam, deceive, or attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Use the app to harm, threaten, or exploit minors.

5. Content moderation

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. PULSE provides tools to report and block abusive content and users. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.

6. Ephemeral content

Pulses are designed to disappear from feeds 24 hours after posting. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you wish to retain.

7. Intellectual property

The PULSE name, logo, design and software are owned by PULSE and protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

8. Disclaimers

PULSE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PULSE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Termination

You may stop using PULSE at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
